My hopes for 2017 is to live well, and be able to repay my parents back.

Best part of 2016 is i managed to recover from an accident without any new accident...heee...I'm super clumsy really....And also surviving 2016 without major damages....

i actually like Kpop song. First is SHInee "Tell me what to do" and KARD "Oh Na Na". For Jpop, its "Koi" and Shuukaren's "Universe".....heee...My japanese song repertoire is very low....

I recently discover "Arakawa Under the Bridge" and downloaded the animes I used to watch!!!!!! It make me fall in love with the characters again(and make me fly to anime world again)

I have absolutely no experience with K-Pop except for a few songs (I like Mr. Chu by A-Pink! And... not much else :3c), and for J-Pop it's... honestly, I know what's popular in terms of sound, but I never really figure out the titles because I don't have much interest. XD I like rock much better! And TOKIO takes up all my time, oops.

What's Arakawa Under the Bridge? I'VE NEVER HEARD OF IT. The last anime I watched was the rakugo anime in the winter season, ehehe.

I'm doing okay! New Year's was shockingly the happiest moment of my life this year that I can remember, especially how I was depressed practically the entire time. 8);; But I've really been getting better! And I think if I start the year happy, hopefully I'll keep being happy the rest of the year.

ALSO, FUN FACT. I was in the shower when it hit midnight. HAHAHAHAHAHA

Happy New Year! 😁🎉Hoping for a better tomorrow for all, determination and strength to help me do all of my plans (and also, more J dramas), i guess i can say to myself that I grew emotionally stronger to overcome challenges and watching these dramas really helped me a lot. 2016 is memorable to me because i've spent the year watching J dramas mostly of comedy, suspense & detective genre. Was able to watch and enjoy Tomoya Nagase's character in Fragile, Matsujun in 99.9, Kitagawa Keiko in Ie uru Onna. Still have several dramas to watch for the autumn season.

Whoa, you really love J-dramas! I'm really glad that they've helped you so much, that kind of inspiration and support system is one of the best things about J-dramas there is. :') I personally don't watch them much myself, but the things that I have watched have shaped my personality greatly. Especially Kudokan's stuff. XD;

I'd suggest Kaseifu no Mitazono for the autumn season, but y'know my bias. :)) I know Hiroshi Abe had a couple of dramas out this year--did you watch any of them?

I hope you get to see more dramas that inspire you! Wah, this was really great to read!!

Heya! Happy New Year Lance!! How’s your new year so far? :)

Well, I have a lot of plans for year 2017. There are so many things that I want to do and positively thinking that I can achieve it all (or at least 90% of it :)) ). As for my year 2016, I can say that it went well. I learned and discover new things; Did things that out from my comfort zone; Went to the places that I’ve never been; And I met new people that turned out to be my good friends now. These events happened to my life last year made me realize what were the things that I can do and I can still do to improve myself. :)

There were many songs that I heard from last year that caught my attention but the song “Lyric” from TOKIO really left me a big impact. This song made me realize how great they are and how big my mistake was for not giving them a proper attention before. (Sa totoo lang talaga.. Sising-sisi ako ngayon ^^;)

As for the movies, I’m a dc-marvel kind of gal and RDJ fan so I’m going to say Captain America: Civil War. *sorry biased* :)) For books, TBH I’m not a book lover person but I want to change it that’s why it became one of my 2016 plans. I can say that I kinda succeeded on that plan because I almost finished reading “Me before you” (and I’m not planning to fnish it anymore because I already saw the film and I already know what happened so my excitement got vanished.) and I am about to start reading Sigmund Freud’s Interpretation of Dreams. :)

Wah, ate!! I'm so glad that 2016 went well for you!! Everyone's been saying that it was shit and I'm like hahahaha what?? But good things happened too?? SO I'M REALLY GLAD THAT YOU THINK IT WAS GOOD. And improving ourselves is the only thing we can do, right? I'm doing my best in that respect, too!

The fact that you're reading Freud makes you seem so smart and amazing, holy shit. Tell me what it's about after you're done? I'm curious!! And I remember watching Civil War and my Sam/Scott shipping feelings going off the chart, so that was what I got from it. XD Ant-Man is my favourite in the Avengers--and is honestly the only MCU character that I'm really invested in--so I was so happy he was there.

2016 was a huge ball of depression and anxiety for me, haha. It was just really rough? No matter what I did? But towards the end of the year when I finally took time to myself instead of trying to pressure myself to talk to people, talked to a therapist, surrounded myself with fun and silly things... I'm feeling great now! Not 100% there yet, of course, but I at least don't feel as hopeless as I did the rest of the year. So I'm happy! :D

Favourite song of 2016 is TOKIO's Low Rider, for sure. Favourite book is... maybe 1Q84? It's intense and amazing. If we count books I re-read, then I'll say Ring! For manga I read the Battle Royale manga, but it was intense and violent and had a lot of triggering shit so I won't recommend it. XD AND I DON'T WATCH ANIME OR J-DRAMAS SO I CAN'T RECOMMEND ANYTHING, but I recently finished all 6 seasons of Community and cried so much. So that's something, right???

For 2017, I can't wait for the FMA live action (I'm hoping it's at least decent haha). The best thing about 2016 was, hm, maybe branching out into the fandom? And watching more variety shows :D

My fav song this year... I think is HSJ's Fantastic Time. I had it on repeat for weeks ahaha. And I guess Jessica's Wonderland? It just keeps looping in my mind @.@;;; My fav TV show is still ItteQ, although it's not only of 2016. It's just so funny~ ahaha XD

(omg we legit haven't talked in like years lol)

The absolute best about 2016 was getting my bachelor's degree and then continuing straight to master's degree and that's pretty much it lol. I also travelled a bit, to Amsterdam with my mom and to Romania for a study excursion. I've been in school for most of my life and I honestly can't imagine not studying ever again after this haha. In 2017 I'd love to get a legit job and study abroad as an exchange student (and obv working on my master's) but other than that I'm gonna try to be chill and take things as they come this coming year. Also Finland is celebrating 100 years of independence in 2017 so I'm trying to drown myself in champagne at every party I go to (and there will be plenty, I refuse to believe otherwise) :D

I wasn't obsessed with anything this year except for Star Wars but that's a given lol. I also rly rly rly liked The Handmaiden and Brooklyn 99 and I think I marathoned Marco Polo this summer? I liked that too, too bad it got canceled. I tried to watch more k-dramas and anime but I always drop whatever I'm watching midway so yeah :'D I started reading The Ancient Magus's Bride and it got me feeling all sorts of ways, I can't wait to finish it! It's so good omg.

I hope I can be more better in all aspect in this year. Hmm.. the best things about 2016, I can get the LE of Arashi & Sensations single, Toma's movie, Ryosuke's movie, some magazine about JE, and what makes me happy about it is almost all of them arrived in my place before the release date :D (it's never happened to me before), I got some old JUMP concert goods from my friend too, Assassination Classroom Graduation released in some theather in my country and I watched it with my best friends, I got A on the subject that thinks it's difficult for me to pass, and the most best is I truly know that my family and my friends will never leave me alone even at my worst condition :) How about you?
My favorite song in the last year isn't a song which came out in 2016, but it really touched me at the moment of year ends, SMAP's Sekai no Hitotsu Dake no Hana. My favorite movie is Assassination Classroom Graduation, because my favorite actor (like Nino, Narimiya, Ryosuke, Suda) and artist (Mirei-chan) were played a role there. althought the plot was not good as its original in comic, but I love their acting ^_^ for anime as well, it must be Korosensei~ #hug Shinigami, hihi..
In 2016, every week I always enjoy watch Arashi ni Shiyagare, Itadaki High Jump, TOKIO Kakeru, and VS Arashi, also music show which JE group appeared as guest there.
That's only things about 2016 that I can tell to you, it's not everything nor interesting but I think it's enough to pull out what's on my minds, thanks for give me some space here :D yeah, we can be friend anytime ;)

Your Johnny's life is so wild and shining and I am a little bit jealous, because I wish I had nearly that much TOKIO-related merch. XD But jeez, good job on your schoolwork! This semester I managed to get an A in Biology (MY WORST SUBJECT) too, which was the most shocking thing ever.

BUT DEAR GOD, SEKAI NO HITOTSU DAKE NO HANA. That last SmaSma episode made me cry like a fucking baby and I can't believe they're gone? For me, I'm glad that TOKIO had two singles come out this year and I'm glad that Mabo and Tomo had dramas and I'm glad that I made new friends and I'm glad that therapy's been helping. I'm also glad that I got to translate and sub so much for everybody--it makes me feel really good about myself!

School has been okay, but it's never been amazing, so I'm not complaining about it. But really, I think my friends saved my life.

I have two favourite songs of 2016: "Don't you get it" and "Fukkatsu LOVE", both from Arashi *-* While the drama that I loved this year was Sekamuzu of Ohno ^^ Really a good drama~
My favourite anime was Yuri on Ice!!! it is soo wonderful and I had soo many feels for it!! While my favourite manga was "Orange" *-*

BEST THINGS OF 2016... That seems tough bc 2016 has been an awful year fandom wise lol. But Jan/Feb were pretty awesome with Tragedy and UNLOCK double A-side singles. Also Fragile was pretty damn awesome (the song and the drama.) As for anime, I'm total trash for Haikyuu!! and Yuri!!! On Ice so those are my highlights. ALSO THE DISCOVERY OF MYSTIC MESSENGER WHICH I AM ALSO TRASH FOR.

There were too many memorable events in 2016. I would take this chance to thank you for subbing both fragile and kaseifu no mitazono. Both dramas are great. I've been watching a lot of dramas this year. If i have to choose my most fav drama of the year, it would be jimi ni sugoi. Though there were no johnnys in the drama and i dont really like ishihara satomi, i found the drama quite entertaining and let me know more about the occupation that i never heard before. The same goes with ie uru onna and fragile. I don't really know about pathologist before i watched fragile.

My movie of the year is fantastic beast. Dr strange was nice too.

As for the song, i am more interested with ost from k-drama scarlet heart ryeo. My favorite tv show is also from korea, entitled the return of superman. I love watching babies and toddlers in the show.

And Mitsuhiro Oikawa dramas because I'm also in love with him. So you can imagine how excited I was watching Hanzawa Naoki for the first time. XD Super glad to hear you enjoyed Fragile and Kaseifu no Mitazono, though! I really want to apologise for how long it took me to finish Fragile, seriously... m(_ _)m

I went to Busan, Korea in March last year and then to Vietnam last November with my BFFs. So that was great because I was able to travel after such a long time. Also, I bought my first TOKIO CDs this year with the money I earned. I'm so happy, so much so that I slept with the CDs. Well, not really but I put them right beside me.

My hopes for 2017 is to finish my thesis, graduate on time and be happy!! ...because 2016 fucked it up

as for 2016, the only drama that I managed to watch was Fragile, On, Higanbana, Yamaneko, Himura Hideo, Our House and Mitazono!(i know, i love detective science-y stuffs). And I also manage to finish and old drama..Arakawa under the bridge which I'm amused at.

For movies, I've watched stuffs like the great gatsby, pride n prejudice and zombies, cafe society,the man who knew infinity, and grand budapest hotel. I never knew that I liked those kind of genres. I've always thought that it would be boring, but I somehow enjoyed it?

WHAT HOPES DO YOU HAVE FOR 2017?
My biggest hope is to save money so I have money to pay my rent, bills and food. (TOKIO, clothes and games have made me broke these recent months)
And to get my shite together to study properly.

WHAT THINGS WERE BEST ABOUT 2016 FOR YOU?
My Summer Japan trip! Catching Taichi in the morning on Vivito before heading out to explore Japan! XD
I went with a good friend and my sister so we could basically do whatever we wanted for a change.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR FAVOURITE SONGS THAT CAME OUT! FAVOURITE MOVIES! FAVOURITE ANIME OR TV SHOWS OR BOOKS OF 2016!
Ai! Wanna be with you! is the first song that came to mind XD But I rather much listen to Low Rider in Final Fantasy XV on the drives XD
Idk what I would consider a fav movie but the one with the most emotion was Captain America Civil War. My fave anime of the year which also is considerably my fav movie is Kimi No Na Wa. (wish I could watch it 7 times like Gussan XD )
Meanwhile I still wanna watch more DASH! D:

2016 was a good year for me! And for you? Do you feel you are a better person than the you from last year? I think when a person moves forward and get mature and learns things about himself and the world and about life it's great! It means you're growing and reaching a better future ^_^
Well the best thing that happened to me this year is meeting my fiancee, and well my best friend returned from a year in Japan so I have her back too! Life is great!
The best 2016 song for me is DEFIANTLY AND ABSOLUTELY KinKi Kids' "Bara to Taiyou"! I listened to this song 10 times and didn't know what to think about it, so I listened to it 10 more times. Then I kind of liked it? So I listened to it 10 more times and OH MY GOD the brilliance just hit me in the face! I can't stop listening to this song since it came out ^^;

HAPPY NEW YEAR MY FRIEND trust me no-one is more surprised about the number of comments than i am, but it's so much fun seeing everyone's answers!! THAT'S WHY I'M ALWAYS YELLING LIKE THIS

I feel like I'm a better person, somewhat? Or rather that I've become more stable/comfortable with how I am. Hilariously it took me taking time away from the things and people that make me happiest to see that those are also some of the reasons I get so stressed and sad, but... life is weird, I guess. These past few weeks have been the best for me all year, and since I was hopelessly depressed for most of 2016, I guess that's a big deal.

AND JEEZ, SERIOUSLY, CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ENGAGEMENT??? I'm so happy for you still! One day I hope I'll be getting married to the love of my life, too. (*^^*)

My best song of 2016 has gotta be TOKIO's Low Rider. And I know it sounds like a bias-related thing, but the lyrics of it and the simplicity of it and the meaning that Tomo got to convey in such a short amount of time was so elegant to me. I also personally relate to the song a little too much, so there's probably that, too. :') I haven't heard Bara to Taiyou though, omg? Was that on their new album or...

Happy New Year again, Lance!

My hope for 2017 is having a better year. 2016 was really hard for me, I really hope I can manage to do better university wise and not to be a disappointment. Also, hopefully, I can have more good friends this year...

One of the best of things of 2016 was definitely getting into Tokio and being part of the tok10fam! Then getting to watch Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them and a new Star Wars movie, both of which brought me back to my childhood! Additionally, I got to meet up with one of my closer friend more :) And this summer I went to the mountains with my family and we had a good time!

The best anime of 2016 was definitely Boku Dake Ga Inai Machi, honestly, one of the best I've EVER watched. My fave movie were FBAWTFT, Zootopia and Civil War! My favorite tv shows were all kdramas haha W, Moon Lovers and Please, Come Back Mister! About songs uhm.... Bermuda Traingle by Fanxy Child , BeBe by Seo In Guk, I am you, you are me by Zico and Fragile by Tokio~

A book I read that and liked was 'The Mangle Street Murders" by MRC Kasasian!

As for me, I'll keep myself busy during the holiday with the new season of Sherlock. I'm quite excited for the FMA live action, even though I don't have any high expectation for it.

I set up a reading challenge at goodreads in 2016, that I'll read 10 books that year, and I couldn't finish it. It's such a shame, since I used to read a lot lol. I'll definitely read more in 2017.

And I just downloaded your latest DASH sub. I miss DASH so much. Thank you for continuing subbing and sharing TOKIO love to everyone <3.

HAPPY NEW YEAR (again XD)!!!!!!

So many things happened in 2016, but among them I got into the tokio fandom ^____^
I hope that 2017 is not gonna be all like today, cause I'm sick as hell... but well it's gonna be a great year hopefully, and in April, I'm going to Tokyo!!!!
The songs I was the happiest about were the 2 songs of the aiwanna single (I was really excited about those and I still listen to them A LOT)
My best 2016 movie was "Fantastic beasts and where to find them" (the best drama was Kasemita, and IT'S STILL INVADING MY MIND!!!!)
At the end of this year I was dragged into the "Yuri on Ice" craziness (I want a season 2 sooooo bad now)
As for books... well I read a lot but the one that really touched me was "Kafka on the shore" (Haruki Murakami)

ALSO for this new year, I hope we're gonna continue having those crazy conversations and share the mabonaga sinful stuff XP
