How far are you in your Japanese studies? My suggestion would be to watch TV shows and listen to music because that really helps the speaking/listening portions, but I'm sure as a fan of Arashi you must be doing a lot of that already. After that the only real difficult part would be learning kanji!
Personally, I learned Japanese through watching TOKIO's variety shows for years. XD; I haven't really had any formal lessons.
Fukkatsu LOVE is the only new Arashi song I've heard. Honestly, the latest song I'd heard until Fukkatsu LOVE was Bittersweet? And man, I'm honestly no huge Arashi fan, but Fukkatsu LOVE is so god damn funky I have it on my iPod. >:|
