subs: i have the tonisen tokikake episode 83% translated and have to get off my ass to finish it, i know. also listed some projects for this year's tomo week so hopefully i won't be too behind on that. for dramas, kanojo ga shinjatta is in the works, but i have to get my work/school shit together before i do anything. might also be taking handoku!!!, since i recently got a copy of the dvd, but since my life's busy who knows when i can do squat

i'm probably going to be backing up tokioteatime here on dw so that'll be fun

HNNNGH I DID NOT KNOW THIS, THAT IS ACTUALLY THE BEST. Even if there isn't actually any romance between them, even in the worst case scenario that MaboNaga is not actually real, it sounds like they are still BFFS and really close anyway and that's fantastic.

it's funny that they attached so quickly too, like mabo attended tomo's audition and tomo was like "OH GOD IT'S MATSUOKAKUN FROM THE TV" and mabo just thought tomo was super cute with his red cheeks and his beige shirt and stole him immediately. AND TORTURED HIM, ADMITTEDLY, but also made tomo smile and laugh and have more confidence in himself, and also fucking fought janizu to ensure tomo would be part of tokio... and it's thanks to him that tomo no longer is scared of everything and is only scared of the dark/heights/loud noises/misc things like chicken skin. :|a TOMO USED TO SKIP SCHOOL ON PUBLIC SPEAKING DAYS BECAUSE THEY'D MAKE HIM PUKE... and when there were health check-ups he'd also stay home from school because doctors made him cry and i just ;lskdfl;sdl;f;lsdglskdl;g

And yeah it's a hard thing to wash away. To forget? I loved Jun back when I was still into Arashi, but after he shot to fame with his dramas and stuff, and then Arashi shot to fame in general, he seems to have changed... a lot? I DUNNO. It's weird, when I read his interviews or see him on shows and stuff it sounds like he's talking in the way he assumes people are supposed to talk or something... like it's so not real... ~~i'm probably not making sense~~

the mabnag drama sp was a kindaichi vs akechi special and it was so fucking cute......mabo plays this prim and proper, rich as hell guy, who is in control and sleek and fantastic and tomo plays this poor and smelly happy detective who just falls for mabo's dude at first sight and calls him by first name and what the hell ever and they team up and its glorious AND THEY FIT MY BELOVED TROPE OF "happy loving tennenboke who would fucking die for his partner" and "nobody can know that i love this happy loving tennenboke ever but i would die for him too"
